How do I use the sprays?

Shake a few times then spray on yourself – always spot check in the inside of your arm first – or in a room or anywhere that could use a bit of an intentional refresh.

What is the base made of?

Organic rosewater and organic witch hazel.

The antioxidants in rose water protect the cells in the skin against damage. Rose water also has anti-inflammatory properties, which means it can be put on the skin to soothe irritation.

Witch hazel is an astringent with anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. It may help relieve inflammation and fight acne, among other uses.

Are there actual crystals in the sprays?

No, there are no actual crystals in the sprays. They are used in the creation process and are infused in the blend as it is curated and matured. For your safety some of these intention sprays are made with an indirect method and some are direct due to the composition of the crystals, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

I'm sending a gift. Can I leave a gift note?

Of course! We are grateful you are gifting us. There is a box you can select from the checkout page that will allow you to add a note.

How do I report an issue with my order?

Please use the contact page to fill out your information and issue. All messages will be returned as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is included in your price for any purchase over $50 before tax. This should automatically calculate.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Heart Held Apothecary is a small operation – of one at this point with friend and family support. We will do our best to get packages out as soon as possible. We are sorry for any wait – it is exciting to get our presents, and we greatly appreciate you choosing Heart Held.

What is your return policy? (for US domestic orders)

We do not accept returns. We will replace the damaged product with photo verification. We always hope your products arrive safely and to your liking. We do our best to achieve satisfaction for all.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping within the continental United States. We are considering expansion into other countries, however, will be based on ability to scale and demand.
